4. Concentration :

As a basic value for DIAMOND/CBN concentration in grinding wheels, 100 is equivalent to 4.4 carats per cubic centimeters (0.88 gm/cm³) Other concentrations are worked out prorata from this figure and are given below.

5. How to Order a Full Wheel :

To completely order or specify a wheel the following has to be given.

1. Type of the wheel. 2. Grite size. 3. Grade. 4. Concentration. 5. Bond.

Specify Dimension D, T, H, X, W/U

For special profile wheels include wheel drawing.

Example : 1A1 150 x 12 x 31.75 D 150 R 75 BS 1.5
